앞서 나왔던 주인공의 이름이자, 가문의 전통이 된 거꾸로 해도 똑같은 이름의 시작을 보여주는 장면입니다.

사라는 돼지 자장가의 가사를 운율에 맞춰 고쳤고, 매일 밤 어린 스탠리에게 그 노래를 불러주었다.

스탠리의 구덩이는 삽만큼 깊었지만, 바닥 너비가 충분하지 않았다.
과거 이야기가 마무리되고 다시 현재 캠프의 호수 바닥으로 돌아왔습니다. 스탠리는 드디어 첫 번째 구덩이의 끝을 향해 가고 있군요.
He grimaced as he sliced off a chunk of dirt, then raised it up and flung it onto a pile.
