She stopped talking and she stopped walking. Then she slowly backed away.
그녀는 말을 멈추고 걷는 것도 멈췄다. 그러더니 천천히 뒤로 물러났다.
A lizard had crawled up on top of the suitcase. Its big red eyes glowed in the beam of the flashlight.
도마뱀 한 마리가 여행 가방 위로 기어 올라가 있었다. 손전등 불빛 속에서 녀석의 커다란 빨간 눈이 번득였다.
소장이 겁에 질려 물러난 이유는 바로 노란 반점 도마뱀 때문이었습니다. 가방 위에 치명적인 독을 가진 도마뱀이 나타났군요.
Its mouth was open, and Stanley could see its white tongue moving in and out between its black teeth.

Zero sat as still as a statue. A second lizard crawled up over the side of the suitcase and stopped less than an inch away from Zero's little finger.

“There's another one!” gasped Mr. Pendanski. He shined the flashlight on the box of Frosted Flakes, which lay on its side beside Stanley's hole.
“여기 한 마리 더 있어요!” 펜단스키 선생이 숨을 헐떡이며 말했다. 그는 스탠리의 구덩이 옆에 쓰러져 있는 시리얼 상자에 손전등을 비추었다.
